1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Profitina (profitina.com and app.profitina.com, the “Service”), you confirm you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
Profitina provides an AI-visibility / Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) platform — tools to analyse and monitor how your brand or site is represented by AI answer engines — together with supporting ecosystem features. Certain features may be in trial/testnet status and may change, be added, or be discontinued with reasonable notice.
3. Accounts and Security
- You must provide accurate information at registration and keep your credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
- You may change your email/password or permanently delete your account via account settings.
4. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service for unlawful activity, to damage or unreasonably burden the infrastructure, to attempt to access other parties’ accounts or data, to scrape beyond reasonable limits, or to mislead others.
5. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, software, and content of the Service belong to Profitina or its licensors. You retain rights to the data and content you upload and grant us a limited licence to process it solely to provide the Service.
6. PROFIT Token and Blockchain Features
Some ecosystem features may involve the “PROFIT” digital token on the Solana network, including in trial phases (testnet/devnet). Tokens and blockchain features carry high risk, including value volatility, technical contract risk, and regulatory risk. Nothing in the Service constitutes financial advice, an investment solicitation, or an offer of securities. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and legal compliance, including applicable Indonesian digital financial asset regulations.
7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties, express or implied. AI-visibility analysis results are estimates and may differ from the actual output of third-party AI engines. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the preceding 12 (twelve) months.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be pursued through amicable settlement.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time; the latest version is always available on this page with its effective date.
